HRMK's qualified and highly experienced, human resource specialists offer an HR advisory and support service designed to assist organisations of all sizes and sectors with their HR management and staff issues.

Our clients are generally smaller businesses who cannot justify employing a dedicated HR Manager and their ‘people’ challenges are often an ‘add on’ duty carried out by the business owner, Finance Controller or Office Manager. They call on us for occasional or regular HR support or advice. We also work with over-stretched HR teams in larger organisations who need an extra pair of hands due to a lack of time or expertise.

The service we offer is an extremely flexible and cost-effective HR solution. We can support your business on an hourly or daily basis for specific projects or on a retained consultancy or interim basis to cover holidays, sickness or maternity absences.

Costs are competitive with no need to sign up to a binding long-term agreement. Training delegates enjoy our workshop from £100 per delegate.
